StellarFlow AI ("we," "our," or "the App") is developed and operated by OLRIS Group LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.
Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account Information: Email address and encrypted password when you create an account via Firebase Authentication.
- Task Data: Tasks, descriptions, priorities, and categories that you create within the app. This data is stored on our secure servers and associated with your account.
- Microsoft Outlook Data: When you connect your Microsoft Outlook account, we access your calendar events, emails, and task lists through the Microsoft Graph API. This data is used solely to provide app functionality and is not stored permanently on our servers.
- AI Interaction Data: Messages you send to the AI assistant are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. We track usage counts (not message content) for rate limiting purposes.
- Device Information: Basic device information required for app functionality, such as platform type (iOS/Android).
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the StellarFlow AI app and its features
- Authenticate your identity and secure your account
- Display your calendar events, emails, and tasks within the app
- Generate personalized AI responses based on your task and calendar context
- Track AI usage for rate limiting and service management
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the following service providers, solely for app functionality:
- Firebase (Google): For user authentication
- Anthropic: For AI-powered features (messages are sent to Claude API for processing)
- Microsoft: For Outlook calendar and email integration (via Microsoft Graph API, only when you connect your account)
- Microsoft Azure: For secure cloud hosting of our backend services
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
- Firebase Authentication with encrypted credentials
- Rate limiting to prevent abuse
- Environment-variable-based secret management
Data Retention
Your task data is retained as long as you maintain an active account. Outlook data (calendar events, emails) is accessed in real-time and not permanently stored on our servers. AI interaction usage logs are retained for 30 days for rate limiting purposes.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data stored in the app
- Delete your account and associated data
- Disconnect your Microsoft Outlook account at any time
- Request a copy of your data
Children's Privacy
StellarFlow AI is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Location Data
StellarFlow AI does not collect, use, or store any location data from your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy within the app and updating the "Last updated" date.
